Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day "un-partied" return policy. If you haven't used the gear for a celebration, you can return it in original packaging. Used items (lights hung, poufs sat on) cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene standards.

Electrical Outdoor Safety

What's Not Covered
Damage resulting from extreme weather (hurricanes, hailstorms), unauthorized modifications, or "extreme celebrating" (intentional misuse) is excluded from our warranty coverage.
